So over the last week or so I've been listening to a CD for weight loss through hypnotism. I've noticed that I've been eating less and that's good, but I still eat! And sometimes it's junk. So, I didn't really pay much attention. When I weighed myself this morning I was down three pounds! It's not a ton, but considering the fact that I haven't done anything... I'll take it!
